What do I need to bring?
You can bring a mat if you have one, however we do have mats that you can borrow. A bottle of water and a sweat towel if you sweat easily.
Do I need to pre-register for classes?
Yes. You can call us on 01923 855 551 or 07990 516 758, email us at thecrescentstudio@gmail.com or message us to join the class.
How early should I arrive for class?
Newcomers please arrive 10 minutes before a class to register. For returning students please allow five minutes prior to class, to give you enough time to prepare yourself and for us to start on time.
I'm running late. Can I still come to class?
Yes. Latecomers are always welcome. But please be mindful as arriving late can affect yours and other student’s experiences.

I’m looking for one to one classes, are there any available?
Yes. All our teachers are qualified personal trainers, able to tailor Pilates, yoga, strength training or weight loss programmes exactly to your needs.
