FAQs

What do I need to bring?
You can bring a bottle of water and a sweat towel if you sweat easily. You can bring your own mat, however we have mats available for everybody for every class.


Do I need to pre-register for classes?
Yes. You can call, email or message us to join the class. We work with small groups, with a maximum of 6 participants per class, allowing everyone to have personal attention. 

 
How early should I arrive for class?

Newcomers please arrive 10 minutes before a class to register. For returning students please allow five minutes prior to class, to give you enough time to prepare yourself and for us to start on time.  


I'm running late. Can I still come to class?

Yes. Latecomers are always welcome. But please be mindful as arriving late can affect yours and other student’s experiences.

I’m looking for one to one classes, are there any available?
Yes. All our teachers are qualified personal trainers, able to tailor Pilates, yoga, strength training or weight loss programmes exactly to your needs.
